Q-1 How long will it take to get my parcel after checkout?
Answer. You will receive your orders within 4-5 working days after you made checkout. Depending on the shipping address it may vary but you can receive your orders within 7 days maximum. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
Q-2 How do I place an order?
Answer, By clicking the desired product, after adding the product to the cart then viewing the cart page proceed for the checkout, after filling in your data on the checkout form, go for submit. Hence your order is placed.
Q-3 Do I need an account to place an order?
Answer, No, you don’t need an account for placing an order.
Q-4 Can I add, change or cancel an order after it has been placed?
Answer, No, once an order has been placed and items have been paid, the order is final and you cannot make any amendments. If you need to contact us regarding an order you have just placed, email us straight away at SUPPORT @Glammzionline@gmail.com referencing your order number and we will get back to you a.s.a.p.
Q-6 How can I change my shipping address?
Answer, By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

Answer, Our standard shipping rate is Rs 150 only.
Q-8 What happens if there has been a delivery mishap (damages/lost) to my order?
Answer, We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.
In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us .In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
